Seller and purchase
The gallery is sold by the creator identified on the purchase page. LumiCodex provides the hosting and payment tools. The purchase confirmation identifies the creator, customer, gallery, price and download rights. For assistance or a refund request, contact the creator or support@lumicodex.com with the purchase reference.
Scope and supply
One payment includes viewing the purchased album or collection, including future additions by the creator. Collection access follows its current album membership. Downloads are included only where stated at checkout. Later changes to price or download rights do not change this purchase. No schedule or quantity of future additions is promised. A purchase does not preserve deleted content; mandatory rights for unavailable or non-conforming content remain.
Withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal exception applies only where the applicable legal conditions are met: prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right, confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium, and supply beginning. Payment alone does not establish that content has been consumed. An ongoing service or future supply remains subject to its applicable consumer protections.
Refunds and complaints
Change-of-mind refunds are ordinarily unavailable once the withdrawal right has validly been lost. This does not exclude mandatory remedies for content that is faulty, unavailable or not as described, or correction of billing errors. The creator may also approve a goodwill refund. Requests are reviewed individually; access alone does not automatically reject a request. Contact the creator or support@lumicodex.com with the order reference and issue. Where withdrawal remains available, an unambiguous withdrawal notice is sufficient; the form at https://www.lumicodex.com/withdrawal-form may also be used.
Effect of a refund
A full refund ends access granted by this purchase, including future additions. Independent invitations or share permissions remain separate. Already downloaded or saved files cannot be recalled. The purchase and refund record is retained. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms.

Save the purchase confirmation before opening the gallery. It includes the exact terms and consent recorded for this order. Personal data is handled under https://www.lumicodex.com/privacy. These gallery purchase terms are separate from LumiCodex studio subscription terms.
